The "duh" feeling and the chronic fatigue I would say are the worst. I'm starting to notice joint/muscle pains & shortness of breath every day now. Combine that together & there you have my day.

For me I will say fatigue is the most frustrating symptom to manage. It affects my activities of daily living each day. I need to plan around how I am feeling each day and sometimes they are things that I will not be able to do because I am too fatigue to do it. Housework and even my job at times gets affected due to being to fatigue to deal with those items. In my social life fatigue has affected me significantly because I need to plan everything and even when I do I end up having to cancel plans when I do not feel well enough.

I get it. Fatigue touches every part of life. And it’s tough when it affects your work, home, and social plans all at once. How do you usually cope on the days when your fatigue hits the hardest? -Latoya (Team Member)
