What stage of PBC were you diagnosed with?
What stage of PBC were you initially diagnosed with, and has your condition progressed since then? Share your experience.
I’m was stage 2 when they did my biopsy, but my hematologist , thinks that might get better after I take the meds for a while.
How has it been working for you? Any improvement? -Latoya (Team Member) my numbers has been great. But I’ve not had another fibroscan or biopsy

In March, while asymptomatic, I was diagnosed at stage 3. Dr requested a biopsy which confirmed diagnosis, ruled out AH, and put on UDCA. A month later, my numbers were better. I go to my check up in August.
I’m glad you were able to get a diagnosis and start treatment quickly. But how did you feel when you first received the diagnosis, especially since you weren’t having any symptoms? I can imagine it was shocking to hear at first. But it’s great to hear your numbers improved after starting UDCA. I hope your August checkup continues to show positive progress. Keep us updated!
