Normal alkaline phosphate but biopsy suggests PBC
Has anyone had normal Alkaline Phosphate and PBC
Mine was normal ,I was diagnosed by biopsy.

. That's a great question! Yes, it is possible to have PBC with a normal alkaline phosphatase, especially earlier on, but a normal result doesn’t automatically rule it out.
