Hi, . That's a great question! Yes, it is possible to have PBC with a normal alkaline phosphatase, especially earlier on, but a normal result doesn’t automatically rule it out. Did you have any symptoms even though your ALP levels were still normal? Hopefully others will chime in with their experiences too. All the best, Latoya (Team Member)
