  1. Even though my metabolic panel results are always above normal, I feel good overall. Minor itchiness and instances of fatigue.
I’m 54 years old , I work in construction as an electrician. But my body does feel bridle now days, I did develop osteoporosis maybe due to taking Ursodiol. This is the only medication I take and I believe my body has taking it well, but you have to take the good with the bad sometimes.

    1. Take prune’s osteoporosis
      And Sam-e supplement

    2. Being an electrician is definitely a job that keeps you moving, so I can imagine you really notice when your body starts feeling a little different. At the same time, I know what you mean about having to take the good with the bad. It sounds like you’re doing your best to stay active and keep going while also paying attention to what your body is telling you. I’m glad to hear the Ursodiol seems to be working well for you overall, too. Hopefully the fatigue and itching stay pretty manageable. With the physical demands of your job, do you notice the fatigue more after a long day at work, or does it tend to come and go? -Latoya (Team Member)

  2. My doctor does not put me on a diet. All he tells me is to not eat oysters or any type of shellfish. I’ve been diagnosed since 2022.

    1. It sounds like your doctor is keeping things pretty simple when it comes to food. How have you been feeling overall since your diagnosis in 2022? -Latoya (Team Member)
