Doctors Ignored My Symptoms Before PBC Diagnosis

I was diagnosed with PBC after I was admitted to the hospital with septic shock back in December 2024. I had never heard of PBC. I had symptoms, but every time I would tell a doctor, they just ignored them.

I started reading about PBC. From what it looks like, I was supposed to receive treatment since I have symptoms all the time. However, instead of treatment, they just told me to watch my diet.

I feel frustrated because, I feel very tired and I have this pain so often. The same with the itching and nausea.
