Patient Leader Jackeline CandelarioMy name is Jackeline Candelario, and I was born on the lovely island of Puerto Rico. I am a mom of 2 kids and have been married for 15 years. I currently reside in Pennsylvania. I was diagnosed with Primary Biliary Cholangitis in May of 2021. Since this diagnosis, I have decided to learn more and become an advocate for this rare autoimmune disease. I want to bring awareness and help others be able to deal with and navigate this disease. When I am not working or advocating, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy going on walks, riding my bike, reading and collecting Snoopy items.
