Fatigue can be really hard, especially when you’re used to moving faster. I’m a fast mover myself, but it’s great that you’re self-aware and know you need to pace yourself and honor your limits. It’s going to take some time, but recognizing that is a huge first step. One thing that has helped me slow down is breaking tasks into smaller steps or simplifying my routines. I used to look at the whole pie and try to tackle it all at once, but now I focus on taking it slice by slice. It makes things feel more manageable, and I have a bit more energy left at the end of the day. I'm sure you'll find your rhythm as you go day by day.
